Our time out at Industry Silverdale consisted of doing both external and internal works for 76 individual commercial units. Our core responsibilities within each unit involved:

External works:

  • External framing including ensuring the watertightness of each unit 
  • Titan facade paneling to front and back of each unit
  • Decking works to the back of each unit 

Internal fitouts:

  • Mezzanine floors with feature plywood flooring 
  • Bathroom framing in each unit
