Ponsonby Central: Stage 3 & 4

As a subcontractor to ASPEC Construction, Bridge City took on stages 3 & 4 of Ponsonby Central where the main focus was within the base build fitout which included (but is not limited to):

• Exterior walls
• Seated cladding
• Jara hardwood catwalks and stairwells
• Bathroom space 
• Exterior walkaround deck

Included in this project was also the basebuild and internal fitout of the penthouse space on the top floor, spanning the whole length of the building with a 360-degree view of Auckland City.
